Co-founder and country director of the Central Asian Development Institute
Farrukh is the co-founder and country director of the Central Asian Development Institute, a regional think tank in Central Asia. CADI addresses issues on good governance, and social and economic development. He has conducted various projects in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Global Development Network, International Organisation for Migration, Volkswagen and Gerda Henkel Foundations.
Farrukh’s action plan is to improve the governance of migration and to assist migrants who have been banned from the Russian Federation to reintegrate into their own communities.
