Farrukh Irnazarov

Farrukh Irnazarov is a development economist, researcher, and project manager from Uzbekistan with over 15 years of experience in economic development, investment policy, agribusiness, trade, labour migration, and regional cooperation. He is Co-Founder and Country Director for Uzbekistan at the Central Asian Development Institute and CEO of RANSIF Group, where he leads policy research, advisory work, and strategic initiatives across Central Asia. 

Farrukh has managed and contributed to projects funded by USAID, the World Bank, ADB, UNDP, IOM, GIZ, UNICEF, and other international organisations. His work focuses on private sector development, constructive capital, investment screening, entrepreneurship, regional connectivity, and institutional reform.
