Julya Sahakyan

Julya Sahakyan has seven years’ experience working with the civil society sector in Armenia. She is senior programme manager at Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) where she manages EPF’s good governance portfolio which includes civic engagement and civil society development projects. She has managed more than 70 sub-grants covering various sectors in Armenia such as media development and media literacy, local governance and human rights.

Julya has a Master’s Degree from American University of Armenia, Department of Political Science and International Affairs and a Master’s Degree from University of Glasgow, Public Policy and Management. She has engaged with multiple regional projects and fellowships such as the Swedish Academy for Young Professionals and the European Forum Alpbach.
