Natalya Harutyunyan

Natalya Harutyunyan is an international development professional with over 20 years of experience in strategy and management, gender equality, social inclusion, democratic governance, public policy, women and youth empowerment, and social innovation. She has led and advised on policies, strategies, and complex development programmes with UNDP in Armenia and at Headquarters in New York, where she managed democratic governance projects, led the gender equality portfolio, and worked on institutional transformation. Earlier, she managed peacebuilding and refugee support programmes with the Danish Refugee Council and contributed extensively to strengthening civil society in Armenia.
