Parviz Baghirov

Parviz Baghirov is an education reformist and specialist. He was born in Baku, and currently works as the head of National Erasmus+ Office of European Commission in Azerbaijan. His work is directed at improving the educational system in the Azerbaijan Republic, mainly higher education, through compliance to Bologna Process standards and principles.

As an independent consultant for the World Bank’s Competitive Innovation Fund for Higher Education and United Nations on E-learning (UN APC-ICT) his work covered many projects with universities and other stakeholders in the country, that contributed to the development of the education system in Azerbaijan.
