Suhaili Abdulvahhobov

Suhaili Abdulvahhobov is a Chevening Scholar currently pursuing a master’s degree in Banking and Finance at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, UK. Before starting this degree, he worked at the National Bank of Tajikistan for 10 years. During his time there, he was involved in enhancing the financial stability of Tajikistan’s banking system through banking supervision and regulation. In the last five years prior to starting his master’s degree, he led the Banking Analysis Division within the Banking Supervision Department. In 2024, he was awarded the State Medal for Outstanding Service.
