Action Plan at time of Fellowship

Focused on taking a bottom-up approach to improving good governance, transparency and access to justice at a community-level - in this case the town of Ioloveni. This included trialling a series of citizens’ education initiatives aimed at raising awareness of both rights and responsibilities - especially among young people - and improving citizens’ involvement in local decision-making.
