Maksat Keshiyev

Maksat Keshiyev is a development finance and partnerships professional with cross‑sector experience spanning international cooperation, public institutions, and private enterprise. He currently serves as Partnerships and Development Finance Officer with the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Ashgabad, where he supports strategic partnerships and financing approaches aligned with national priorities and the 2030 Agenda.

His professional background includes senior roles at the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, where he worked on macroeconomic analysis, foreign exchange operations, and engagement with international financial institutions. He has also led a private sector organisation, gaining hands‑on experience in governance, financial management, and business development.
