Meri Katvalyan

Meri Katvalyan has approximately ten years’ experience working with and for the Armenian government in the field of safeguarding human rights protection in healthcare. She is senior project officer at the Council of Europe and her main spheres of expertise are human rights, healthcare, public policy and integrity related issues.  

Meri graduated from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia with a master’s degree in public policy and administration. She has participated in several international fellowship programmes, including with the German Marshall Fund, the Swedish Academy for Young Professionals, the Sakharov Fellowship of European Parliament, and the European Academy of Diplomacy.
