Natalie Tsnoriashvili

Natalie Tsnoriashvili is a Senior Staff Attorney with the USDOJ/OPDAT’s RLA Program at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi. The focus of Natalie’s work is to promote a modern, progressive and accountable criminal justice system for Georgia, with an independent judiciary and responsible, professional prosecution and law enforcement entities.

Natalie holds a master’s in criminal law from Tbilisi State University, and is a graduate of the German Marshall Fund’s Marshall Memorial Fellowship (2023), Stanford University’s Fisher Family Fellowship (2012), and the United States’ UGRAD Fellowship (1999). During her Fellowship Programme at the John Smith Trust in 2008, Natalie’s action plan focused on establishing a Trial Monitoring Program, which to this date still operates in Georgia’s city courts.
