Nataliia Bolshova

Nataliia Bolshova is a Ukrainian leader working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, women’s economic empowerment and rights-based reform. With more than 15 years of experience across Ukraine, the UK and the EU, she has led initiatives in business strategy, innovation, market development and cross-sector collaboration, and now supports founders, SMEs and donor-funded programmes in navigating complex economic and social challenges. She mentors women entrepreneurs through European and international initiatives, including the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), helping strengthen women’s leadership and economic participation in Ukraine.

Nataliia is also the founder of Children Have Rights, a Ukrainian NGO focused on child rights, family justice and the enforcement of court decisions. Through her public commentary, policy advocacy and international engagement, she helps shape international understanding of the protection challenges facing Ukrainian children and families affected by war and institutional failure.
