Natia Gabelia

Natia Gabelia is an international development consultant with over 20 years of experience working with leading global institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), BP, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and UN and US agencies. Her work focuses on advancing gender equality, economic empowerment, banking and inclusive governance through regional programmes, capacity development, and innovative digital platforms.

Natia has held senior coordination and advisory roles across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Afghanistan, including as Coordinator for the Spotlight Initiative. She has contributed to multi-country strategies addressing gender-based violence, social inclusion, and institutional resilience, while also leading community development and private sector engagement initiatives supported by international partners.
