Shokhrukh Avazov

Shokhrukh Avazov is a National Programme Officer for Water and Energy at the Embassy of Switzerland in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he manages a mandate and multi-donor investment portfolio co-financed with the World Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. 

With over ten years of experience spanning development cooperation, public administration, investment policy, and international law, Shokhrukh contributes actively to water governance reform, climate-resilient infrastructure programming, and civil society engagement across Central Asia.
